The site is served by Cloudflare. Like every web server it processes the IP address your device sends, together with the page requested, the time and your browser type. That is what makes delivery possible and lets us see whether the site is up.

Photos, texts, prices and journal entries are loaded from Supabase, our database and file host.

The basket lives in your own browser — nothing about it reaches us until you send an order or an enquiry. Clearing your browser data empties it. We set no advertising or tracking cookies.

To handle an order we store your name and phone number, and — if you give them — your email and delivery address, together with what you ordered and the payment reference you enter. We need this to fulfil the order and to reach you about it.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, that conversation runs on WhatsApp’s systems under their terms, not ours.

The chat on the “Ask Us” page is an AI assistant, not a person. It writes its answers automatically. What you type there is sent to an AI service to produce a reply.

The “Style Preview” produces an AI-generated image. It is a machine-made simulation, not a photograph of you wearing the piece. Colour, fit and detail will differ from reality. Every result is labelled as AI-generated.

If you use the style preview, your photo is sent to OpenAI once, purely to create that one image. We do not keep it: the photo is removed from our database the moment the preview is ready, and the preview itself is removed as soon as it has been shown to you. Your photo is not used to train anything. Uploading one is entirely optional — the advisor works without it.

Please upload only a photo of yourself, or of someone who has agreed to it.

Cloudflare (hosting), Supabase (database and file storage) and OpenAI (the style advisor and the style preview) process data on our behalf. Payment runs through PayTM and is confirmed by hand; we never see or store card details.

Orders are kept as long as we need them for the order itself and for any legal record-keeping. Photos for the style preview are removed immediately, as described above.
